“Embrace You: A Fall Retreat”
Ever wonder what it would be like to stay at an Ashram? Join Janet and Tanya for a long weekend on Salt Spring Island at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga, to experience modern-day ashram life.
Learn from two modern-day yogis who use ancient teachings to navigate current day life. We will teach you the kriyas, the sutras, Ayurveda, koshas, mantra, and meditation, as well as asana. The weekend will dive into ancient yogic practices from the perspective of living in the modern day world.
Daily yoga practices, class lectures, and ayurvedic spa treatments will nourish your soul and rejuvenate the spirit. Janet and Tanya will teach alignment-based yoga classes themed in the sutras appropriate for all levels.
The weekend will be a time to turn inward. The intention is that you will leave the weekend feeling replenished and grounded. Ready for the cooler months ahead.
